Our office is staffed by a group of experienced professionals, who are not only well versed in the local laws but are also fully aware of local conditions and requirements. He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with more than 20 years standing in the profession. He has wide experience in the field of Indirect Taxes (Service Tax and GST), Assurance and Accounting. He is also a qualified Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Additionally he has also successfully completed the certification course of Information System Audit (DISA) and certification course on IFRS conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Parag Modi

Qualification: FCA, B.Com
Specialisation: Direct Taxes, Assurance, Restructuring & Valuations
Post-qualification experience: More than 14 years

He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has more than 24 years experience (pre & post qualification) in the practice. He has wide experience in the field of Direct Taxes and Corporate Restructuring. He has vast experience in the field of valuation of entities, assistance in negotiating the acquisition price or finalising the scheme for merger or spin-off, liaison and co-ordination with regulatory authorities for getting through the transaction or Scheme, due diligence and pre-acquisition reviews of target entities. Additionally, is also involved in Assurance & Accounting services.

Sailesh Katudia
